"Moving from noticing to inspiration, and from inspiration to creativity and growth . . ." Yes! This is a positive train of thought and action that connects strongly with what I've been journaling about (discovering and rediscovering--basically, telling myself).

Thank you for your presence and insights, Beth. I remember seeing some of those paintings from Siena when I visited the National Gallery in Washington, D.C., in the fall of 1982. I remember how they inspired me as an artist. I remember the brilliant colors and how I experienced them emotionally. Today my focus is on the fact that it is Martin Luther King Day.
